Accessing RapidIdentity Folders
There are two principal pathways to access RapidIdentity Folders:
Type the RapidIdentity Folders URL into the web browser location bar
Click the RapidIdentity Folders icon within RapidPortal | Applications | My Applications
To obtain the organization-specific RapidIdentity Folders URL, always contact the organization's Help Desk or dedicated RapidIdentity Folders administrator prior to contacting Identity Automation Support.
Organization RapidIdentity licenses vary considerably, and even though an organization may subscribe to the RapidPortal Applications module, administrators may choose to not list the RapidIdentity Folders icon within the user's My Applications tab.

Moreover, if the organization does not subscribe to the RapidPortal Applications module, the only pathway to access RapidIdentity Connect is typing the URL into the web browser location bar (or bookmarking).
Notwithstanding the access method, RapidIdentity Folders authentication directs to the Dashboard module. The other RapidIdentity Folders modules are Folder Templates, User Policies, Group Policies, and Configuration.
