Change a Forgotten Password
Follow these steps to access the Credential Provider and reset a forgotten password.
Click on the Switch User button on the login screen and then click the Forgot My Password user.
Click Reset Password.
Enter the domain username and click Next.
Answer your challenge questions to validate your identity and click Next.
Enter a new password to match the policy description and click Next.
Finally, click either of the two links to proceed.
