Claim My Account
Users can claim their account at any time by clicking the Claim My Account action button on the login screen, and entering their email address into the prompt.

Next, users enter and verify a new password.

If user-defined challenge questions are set, users will next answer a challenge question.
Otherwise, answering the organization-defined question results in a confirmation window.
Note
Administrators can choose to enable CAPTCHA as a security feature for Forgot My Username, Forgot My Password, and Claim My Account to meet organization policy.
