Upon accessing the Profiles Module, the My Profile delegation will display first.

The specific Profile Details configuration determines the Field Names (e.g. User Name, Title, various contact information such as Phone, Fax) that can appear.
One example of a configured My Profile delegation is shown below (for privacy, some Field values are redacted).
