RapidIdentity Product Guides - 2019 Rolling Release

Export, Copy, or Test an SSL Profile

Existing SSL Profiles can be exported and subsequently saved for archiving, copied, or tested at any time to ensure the existing SSL Profile configuration is working.

Each of these three options are accessible through the SSL Profile Details and clicking the down triangle next to Edit Profile.

Clicking Export opens the sidebar allowing administrators to determine whether the export file format should be JKS or PKCS12/PFK. The Passphrase and Alias fields are optional.

Click Export to download the file.

An SSL Profile can be tested to ensure that it is working properly. This action is important to use after adding a private key and one or more certificates to an SSL Profile.

Prior to testing the SSL Profile, ensure pop-ups are allowed since RapidIdentity generates the SSL Profile test message in a new browser window.

After enabling pop-ups, click Test, specify the port, and click Continue. The default port is 8443. If the SSL Profile is valid, the confirmation message appears as follows.
