Install the MySQL Driver

RapidIdentity supports MySQL as a database and the MySQL driver can be installed after the initial RapidIdentity installation process is complete.

Follow these five steps to install the MySQL database driver.

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Systems > Data > Libraries.

  2. Click Add New Library and when the sidebar opens click Download it from here.

  3. Select the operating system that matches the platform on which RapidIdentity is installed and then download the file from MySQL.

  4. Return to the Configuration interface, click Choose File to upload the JAR file, and click Upload Library.

  5. Navigate to the Cluster | Current Cluster interface, select the RapidIdentity version, click Restart Server, and click Restart Server in the confirmation dialog box that appears.
