Logging In
The RapidIdentity Portal Profiles Module is integrated with the organization's directory service system; Users can authenticate using the same credentials to authenticate to the organization network.
If the network password is changed, the new password is necessary the next time authenticating to RapidIdentity Portal.
If authentication does not work, ensure the username and password are typed correctly (check your Caps Lock key). If the login credentials are correct, please contact your organization's Customer Service Department or Help Desk.
Once RapidIdentity authenticates the username and password, the RapidIdentity Portal directs the user to the modules for which they have access; in many cases, the module will be Applications.
