Other Applications tab

The Other Applications tab allows Applications administrators and help desk members to see the applications any user can access. Since this tabbed interface provides access to all users, applications do not populate automatically; the default view is "No Results Found."


To find a user to administer quickly, enter the User's Login ID, Last Name, First Name or Email Address into the search bar and click Search.

It is possible to configure searching to allow wildcards. The asterisk (*) serves as a wildcard and can be used to return all possible records. When accessing this particular interface in List view, entering an asterisk in the search bar returns the same values shown in the My Applications tab.


If the selected user has applications assigned to categories, the categories pane is accessible. Search results can be viewed in either the desktop or list view.
