Other Profiles

The Other Profiles delegation allows users with administrative privileges to administer any account visible to RapidIdentity Portal to the level decided by the RapidIdentity Portal Administrator. Depending on the configuration, users may have the ability to Edit Profile; Change Challenge Responses; Enable; Disable; Unlock. The RapidIdentity Portal Administrator can determine if users can print or export data.

Since this delegation interface provides access to all users, it does not auto-populate user accounts. To find the desired account to administer, enter the User's Login ID, Last Name, First Name or Email Address into the search back and click Search. If the asterisk (*) is entered into the search bar, upon clicking "enter" or "Search," the entire directory populates.

The left portion of the Other Profiles delegation is a search field, that will display accounts that match filtering criteria. This list is generated by using the search bar located between the “Change Password” button and the account list. The search function will filter results in all fields present, so a user account can be located by a first or last name search, the account nickname, the login ID, or the email address. Using an asterisk will return all accounts containing the search fragment.

An account is selected for upkeep by clicking the checkbox found in the 1st column of the account grid interface.

The right portion of the Other Profiles delegation displays the selected account demographic information.


In this example, users have the "Filter By" drop-down available.

This option is available only if administrators have assigned the Account Disabled or Account Locked attributes to an available delegation.
