Requests
The Requests Tab of the RapidIdentity Portal Workflow Module allows users to make automated access requests. These requests can include systems such as database access, a customer service application, or physical resources such as laptops and ID cards. Depending on the user's role, the user may also be able to make requests for other users, such as a team leader making requests for a team member, or a RapidIdentity Portal Administrator making a request for any user in the system.
