Team Sponsorships
Only managers (designation in the directory) having at least one direct report with the Sponsor role within RapidIdentity Portal can access the Team Sponsorships tab.
The Team Sponsorships tab mirrors the My Sponsorships tab. The only difference is that the sponsored accounts data grid contains a Sponsor column indicating the Sponsor for that account.
All actions–Transfer, Expire, Certify, and Delete-are identical to the My Sponsorships tab. Audit logs, accessible by System Administrators, will show the manager that performed the action.
Email notifications are similar within the My Sponsorships tab; managers will not receive an email unless they are the account sponsor or previous sponsor on a transfer action.
