Upcoming Certifications
The Upcoming Certifications tab displays all access instances that are about to expire to Entitlement Owners. Emails can be set to generate a message automatically to remind the Entitlement owner that an access is about to expire. All current upcoming certifications will display and can be filtered by resource name, user, or current status. To filter by User or Resources, enter the desired criteria into the search field. To filter by Status, select a status from the drop-down menu to the right of the search field.

There are three entitlement certification actions: Certify, Expire, and Extend.
Action | Description |

Certify | The Certify button will certify access to the selected resources. A dialogue box displays the selected resource and requires the resource owner to provide an extended expiration date. |
Expire | The Expire button revokes user access to the selected resources immediately. If future access is required, the access instance can be searched for and certified with the Certify button. |
Extend | The Extend button increases the entitlement access period to seven days from the original expiration date. |
